The retail sector in New Haven, Connecticut, has seen a substantial increase in available space over the past 12 months, driven by store closures in buildings with 10,000 square feet or higher. The overall retail availability rate has climbed from 5.9% a year ago to 7.1% at the end of the second quarter.
