Lapeer Furniture & Mattress Center purchased a 53,474-square-foot retail property at 3437 Miller Road in Flint, MI, from James Pemberton for $1.75 million, or about $33 per square foot. The building was the home of Peerless Mattress & Furniture Co., which went out of business in last year. Lapeer will move from its current location across the street at 3426 Miller Road.
