Henderson Office Bldg Sells For $51 PSF

Glaz, Inc. purchased the 27,581-square-foot office building at 2920 N. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, Nevada, from Bank of America, NA for $1.4 million, or approximately $51 per square foot. The building was delivered in 1997 on 1.91 acres in the Sunset Ridge Professional Plaza. This bank-owned property was 100 percent vacant at the time of sale. Reportedly the buyer will occupy the entire building. Charles Moore and Christina Roush of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, while David Mason of Dave Mason Realty represented the buyer.
