The Canadian affiliate of Grosvenor, a London-based, privately owned international property group and family investment office, acquired the 50% share it didn't own in Broadmead Village, a 128,004-square-foot open-air neighbourhood shopping centre in Victoria, British Columbia, for $47.75 million.
