Audom Property Management, a Montreal-based real estate firm that acquires and manages multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use properties primarily in such downtown areas as the Plateau, Shaughnessy Village and Milton Park, colloquially known as the McGill Ghetto, has added 4710 Boul. Decarie in Montréal to its portfolio.
