Global sporting retailer Decathlon acquired a big-box retail building formerly housing a Toys R Us at 655 Blvd. des Promenades in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec,for $14.8 million, or approximately $351.49 per square foot, from Putman Investments.
