After facing significant headwinds over the past three years, downtown Boston’s office market is showing clear indicators of recovery as it heads into the new year. The total amount of available office space has leveled off at approximately 20 million square feet, with sublet space accounting for about 15% of that total, or roughly 3.2 million square feet.
