Zettner Flooring, a San Diego-based flooring company, purchased the industrial facility at 1177 N Johnson Ave., El Cajon CA from Lee & Janelle House for $1.35 million, or about $95 per square foot. The 12,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1973 and is located in the El Cajon Industrial submarket. It was vacant at the time of sale. Rocket Glass and Jeff Hurley of Inland Pacific Commercial handled the deal on the seller's side, while Doug Works of CB Richard Ellis represented Zettner.
