Tesaurus Holdings Inc. sold Key Colony Plaza in Miami to JLK Global Funds US for $13.7 million, or about $450 per square foot. The Key Colony Plaza, located at 200 Crandon Blvd., is a 30,527-square-foot retail building that hosts major tenants such as Starbucks and the Mt. Sinai Medical Offices.
