American Strategic Income Portfolio Sells Multifamily for $4.2 Million

Ansonia Properties, a Chicago-based property investment company, acquired the three-story multifamily building at 1661-1666 Lake Point Drive in Madison, WI, from American Strategic Income Portfolio, Inc. II for $4.15 million, or about $33,000 per unit.
