Campanelli, Trigate Pay $20.2 Million for Class A Suburban Boston Office

Partnership to Renovate, Reposition 185,000-SF Office Building

A joint venture between Boston-based Campanelli and Dallas-based Trigate Capital LLC purchased a 185,171-square-foot office building in Canton, a Boston suburb, for $20.15 million, or about $109 per square foot.
