Investment firm Peachtree Group acquired an industrial property near Savannah, Georgia, that recently opened as a distribution center for Hasbro, the maker of a wide range of toys and games, including classics like Mr. Potato Head, the Monopoly board game and the Wizards of the Coast role-playing gaming collection.
