Beach resorts lead golf hotels for performance, but both are beating national metrics

With summer travel in full swing, hotels and resorts with direct beach access and golf courses provide leisure activities for both family vacationers and social groups. Based on CoStar data, there are more than 1,350 hotels with direct beach access in the United States, totaling just under 181,000 rooms.
