Available Space in Seattle's Southend Climbs Over Long-Term Average

Total Remains Less Than Space Available After Great Recession

The amount of available industrial space in the Seattle metropolitan area edged above the long-term average for the region in the second quarter of 2023. The total available space exceeded 26 million square feet during the quarter, a 9% increase since the start of the year. The 10-year average for the Puget Sound region is about 24 million square feet.
