Pushing apartment rents is currently difficult in Houston, according to many local property managers as the market continues to work through the recent supply wave. And Apartments.com data echoes this: the average asking rent at Houston apartment properties decreased 0.3% in September, mirroring the decline in August and marking the sixth-consecutive month with flat or negative rent movement.
