Former Clairol Facility Sells for $16.8M

Trio of Investors Acquire 711,000-SF Flex Building

The Proctor & Gamble Co. sold the former Clairol building at 1 Blachley Road in Stamford, CT, for $16.75 million, or $24 per square foot, to three investors: Connecticut Film Center, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners LLC and Steven Wise Associates LLC.
