Nashville, Tennessee’s medical office market saw demand sputter during the first half of 2025, with net absorption — the difference between move-ins and move-outs — totaling negative 100,000 square feet during the first two quarters. Market participants hope that Nashville’s largest new medical development will help spark demand for more medical space.
