Civic Entertainment Group, a creative marketing and communications firm, has finalized a seven-year lease extension and expansion in Manhattan’s NoHo district. The new agreement covers 27,180 square feet across two adjacent properties, 440 Lafayette St. and 740 Broadway, nearly doubling the agency’s previous footprint of 15,000 square feet.
