Long Island-based URS Capital Partners re-entered the Charleston market with the acquisition of The Palms at Edgewater, a 288-unit rental apartment complex located in the Charleston suburb of Summerville, South Carolina. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $58.5 million transaction, which works out to a per-unit sale price of $203,125.
