Pro Global, an adviser to the specialist insurance sector, has announced a significant expansion of its Liverpool operations after securing offices at the Royal Liver Building on the city’s waterfront.
The group has signed for 4,584 square feet on the first floor in a move it says reinforces its long-term commitment to Liverpool as a key regional hub.
It added that it will also support continued growth across its insurance services activity, while enabling the expansion of its managing general agent incubation and solutions offering, claims, audit and legal services propositions. Pro Global is expected to take occupancy in March 2026.
The Grade I-listed Royal Liver Building, completed in 1911, is one of Liverpool’s most prominent landmarks. The building was bought in July 2025 by food company Princes Group in a £60 million transaction and is home to a number of leading professional services organisations.
Steve Lewis, chief executive officer of Pro Global, said in a statement: “Liverpool has become an increasingly important part of our UK operation, providing access to high-quality talent and a strong professional services market. Securing space in the Royal Liver Building reflects both our confidence in the city and our long-term growth plans."
Fergus Maclennan, of Adapt Commercial Property, who acted on behalf of Pro Global, said: “The quality of the workspace, combined with the building’s profile, makes it an excellent fit for a business that is growing rapidly in Liverpool. The new office will support Pro Global’s ambitions to attract and retain talent as it continues to scale.”
Andrew Byrne, of CBRE, who represented the landlord added: “Pro Global complements a strong occupier base that includes Grant Thornton, ITV, Evelyn Partners, Barnett Waddingham and Mott MacDonald. We look forward to welcoming the team soon when fit-out works complete.”
