Adam Saphier was named head of Trammell Crow Co.’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit. Saphier will oversee the group’s development and acquisition projects, finance and day-to-day operations. He replaced Denton Walker who after eight years in the roll will remain in the unit as a senior managing director and focus on office and retail development including the firm’s Legacy and Timber Creek projects.
