PDT, Inc., a wireless communications company, recently signed a long term lease for 30,560 square feet, the entire facility at 600 Heathrow Drive, Lincolnshire. This two-story flex building offers the new tenant one drive-in-door, two loading docks and 22’ ceilings. It also offers PDT ample power for its manufacturing needs and office space on the second floor. Dave LeCavalier of Van Vlissingen & Co. represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
