NFI Industries Inc. signed a two-year, 93,997-square-foot lease with Mirvac Industrial Trust in Building 3 of Elwood's CenterPoint Intermodal Center. This will be a brand new facility for the trucking and logistics giant that will take advantage of the high-speed cross-dock operation and tremendous trailer parking that the building provides.
