BrayFoxSmith, the leading South East and London business space adviser, has recruited Ed Smith, BNP Paribas Real Estate's head of national markets office agency, CoStar News can reveal.
Market sources this week said Smith had left BNPPRE. He is one of the best-known advisers on office leasing, development and investment in the South East and joined the French business via its takeover of Strutt & Parker.
BrayFoxSmith declined to comment. BNPPRE confirmed Smith had left the business.
BrayFoxSmith was launched in 2009 by founders Rob Bray, Pat Fox and Paul Smith. It now has 25 staff including 14 directors and five surveyors.
The group has focused on business space advisory work in London and the South East but in recent times has also launched a residential development advisory platform.
