Established as an asset class in its own right in the U.S. and, albeit to a lesser extent, in the UK, life sciences real estate remains a niche sector on the French market. As a new cluster begins to emerge around the Institut Gustave-Roussy, within the ZAC Campus Grand Parc in Villejuif, Nicolas Verdillon, CBRE's director of investments for France, and his colleague Pierre-Édouard Boudot, senior director of the studies and research department, talk to Business Immo Global about this still-nascent asset class and the promise it holds for real estate investors in France.
