Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate arm of Quebec’s public pension fund, has received $50 million from HSBC India to Neovantage Innovation Parks, a joint venture between Ivanhoé Cambridge and Lighthouse Canton, a Singapore-based international investment institution led by founder Shilpi Chowdhary.
