The Lightning Society, a two-decade-old members-only collective blending intellectual discourse with social events, has leased 19,000 square feet at 45 Howard St. in Manhattan. The top four floors and rooftop terrace of the historic 1910 cast-iron building will serve as the society’s exclusive social hub.
