PLS Sells Glendale Retail for $2M

Investor Buys Freestanding Bldg. in Maryvale Terrace

PLS Financial Services sold its check cashing building at 6630 W. Camelback Road in Glendale, AZ, for $2 million, or about $945 per square foot, to a California-based private investor. PLS leased back the space for an initial 20-year term with renewal options.
