Duke Realty Corp.'s Cincinnati office selected Grubb & Ellis|West Shell Commercial to take on the management and leasing of downtown office buildings 311 Elm, 312 Elm and 312 Plum and the Triangle Office Park in Sharonville. The office buildings total 872,000 square feet. Also included are two retail outlets in Deerfield on Mason-Montgomery Road anchored by Home Improvement Center and Bigg's Supercenter.
