Industrial REIT ProLogis signed Kleenex maker Kimberly-Clark Corp. to one of its largest leases of new space this year. The Dallas-based personal products company signed for 750,485 square feet of distribution space in Romeoville, IL. The move in is set for March 1 of next year.
