CNL Acquires Three Ski Resorts for $132 Million

Triples Peaks Completes Sale-Leaseback for Okemo Mountain, Crested Butte, and Sunapee Mountain

Orlando, FL-based CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. closed on the acquisition of three ski resorts from family-owned, Ludlow, VT-based operator, Triple Peaks, LLC. Under terms of the transaction, Triple Peaks leased back the properties and will continue to manage the resorts. According to the Wall Street Journal, the acquisition price is $132 million.
