Rezoning Approved for 180-Acre Mixed Use Project in Bartow County

SMCM -backed Walker Ridge Project Gains Approval

In a rezoning that clears the way for a 180-acre mixed-use development near Cartersville, the Bartow County Planning Commission approved the request made by the developer of Walker Ridge, 411 Partners LLC, to rezone more than 154 acres of the site from light industrial to planned unit development. The remainder of the property is zoned residential.
