City Place Sells for $4M

Beffort & Oliver Purchase Trophy Tower in OKC

Oklahoma City real estate investors Mark Beffort of Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort and Roy Oliver acquired the 33-story City Place building in Oklahoma City from Globe Life & Accident Insurance Co. for $4 million, or $14 per square foot. The sale was a partial sale-leaseback; Globe leased back its 50,000-square-foot space.
