IHOP in Seatac Sells for $3.2M

Nineteen Years Remain on Restaurant Lease

A private family partnership purchased the IHOP restaurant at 20402 International Blvd. in Seatac, WA, from WB Equities IV LLC for $3.2 million, or $795 per square foot, at a 6.6% cap rate. Built in 2001, the restaurant measures 4,022 square feet. IHOP's lease has 19 years remaining. David Brigantino of San Benito Realty represented the buyer, while Jeff Crane of The Andover Co. and Robert King of TRI Commercial/ CORFAC International in Sacramento represented the seller.
