Developers Lincoln Property Co. and the U.S. subsidiary of China’s Gemdale have completed a $70 million recapitalization of a 15.7-acre project site in San Diego’s busy Carmel Valley area, where Lincoln previously announced plans for an office campus aiming to draw in technology and life science tenants.
