Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust sold three industrial buildings in Richland Hills, TX, to California-based William T. White Trust. The sales price was not disclosed but the property was on the market for $3.73 million, or about $62 per square foot. All three buildings were fully leased at the time of sale.
