IWG opened a new Paris area site under the HQ brand in Noisy-le-Grand on Tuesday in the Le Piazza office building at 201 rue de la Piazza.
The building, sold last year by the PPG Croissance fund, managed by Pierre Premier Gestion, is now owned by Serris REIM and another undisclosed investor.
This new space, adjacent to the Les Arcades shopping center, is designed to accommodate local SMEs. With a surface area of 1,321 square meters, it offers between 159 and 242 workstations.
"Occupants will find a coworking space with eight workstations, two modern meeting rooms, a business lounge with quiet areas, phoneboxes and a shared kitchen. The building also has a very large, secure" parking lot, according to the global operator of hybrid work solutions, which has 42 coworking sites in the Paris suburbs. It recently launched its Factories offering in Le Bourget, and opened a Regus site in Montrouge.
IWG has signed up 465 new sites worldwide in the first half of 2024.
"With the opening of this new HQ center in Noisy-le-Grand, IWG continues to expand its network to support companies in their transition to flexible working. This site enables professionals in the region to benefit from a modern, accessible workspace adapted to their needs, while reducing" commute times, said Christophe Burckart, general manager of IWG France.
