Investors' return to the Providence industrial property market has accelerated over the past year, supported by relatively stable tenant demand and renewed investor interest in the property type. Total sales of industrial property in the Providence region reached nearly $500 million in the trailing 12 months through the second quarter, representing an increase of more than 58% compared to the market's three-year average.
