Procurement services provider ICG Commerce signed a 44,491-square-foot lease with O'Neill Properties Group at 211 South Gulph Road in King of Prussia. Under the 8.5-year deal, ICG Commerce will also have the option to expand by another additional 10,000 square feet. As a concession, ICG was given six months free rent.
