La Casa De Ceramica, which specializes in the design and consultation of kitchens, bathrooms and floors, signed a lease to move into 155 Van Ness Ave. in Fresno, California.
The space is located in the downtown industrial sector of Fresno, at the corner of Los Angeles St. and Van Ness Ave. It previously held Heartbeat Boxing.
According to CoStar data, the lease term is five years, expiring in 2028, for a total of 6,650 square feet of space.
The lease received a 2024 CoStar Impact Award, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
Though the interior of the building was renovated to feature new bathrooms, flooring and lighting, the new lessee has preserved its historical feel. The exterior still showcases original brick walls and ripple glass windows as well as the original front door, conveyor belt, floor decal and vintage signage.
Patrick Monreal, president and sales executive of The Saito Company, represented both the lessor and lessee of the building and went the extra mile to ensure La Casa De Ceramica would preserve and appreciate the building's original features.
