A leasing brochure uploaded to LoopNet is shining new light on a game changing 150-acre mixed-use development just a mile east of downtown Houston. Midway Cos., a high-profile mixed-use developer, is behind the 8.9 million-square-foot office, residential and entertainment space along a one-mile stretch on the north bank of Houston’s iconic Buffalo Bayou.
