RestoreCore Buys Flex for $3.8M

King of Prussia Facility Trades in Tenant Purchase

RestoreCore, a catastrophe response contractor, purchased the flex building at 650 Clark Ave. in King of Prussia, PA, from Cohen Asset Management for $3.8 million, or $76 per square foot. RestoreCore occupies about 18,000 square feet in the building and decided to purchase the property.
