Oakbrook, IL-based DeVry Inc. purchased a two-story, 104,518-square-foot office property in Wood Dale for $11.75 million. Omni-Tech LLC, a joint venture that includes Deerfield-based Quadrangle Development and Janko Group, sold the building for about $112.50 per square foot.
