With a large number of retail-led regeneration schemes recently constructed, and more planned, Yorkshire has become a bit of a hotbed for property development, at a time when retail-led development across the UK — with the notable exception of Edinburgh’s St James Quarter and Battersea Power Station — is at an all time low.
