Retail Site Near University of Michigan Campus Changes Hands

Wayne Loftus of the California-based Loftus Family Trust purchased 1700 S. Industrial Highway in Ann Arbor, MI, from Mark Maciolek of Maciolek LP for $3.4 million or $312.50 per square foot. The one-story retail building totals 10,880 square feet on 1.34 acres. Originally built in 1999, the location is in near to the University of Michigan.
