Barnes & Noble Inc., the country's largest retail bookseller with hundreds of locations nationwide, has accused former Chief Executive Demos Parneros of undermining a deal with a potential acquirer as well as of sexual misconduct and bullying subordinates in a lawsuit the company filed this week. It follows a lawsuit brought by the former chief in August for what he alleges was wrongful termination after the company's potential sale fell through.
