Arciterra Pays $29.4M for Olathe Pointe Shopping Center

Maefield Sells 289,500 SF in Kansas City Suburb

Phoenix-based Arciterra purchased Olathe Pointe, a 289,455-square-foot retail center in Olathe, KS, from Indianapolis-based Maefield Development Corp. for $29.39 million, or approximately $101.50 per square foot.
