Sure Equity sold 100 acres in the South End Industrial Park, located at 1475 SE 36th Ave. in Homestead, Florida, for $34.75 million, or $347,500 per acre, to Copart Inc., which runs online auto auctions for wholesale, used or salvage cars, trucks and other vehicles.
