SpeedX, a last-mile delivery service based in New York that specializes in handling small international packages on behalf of e-commerce companies such as Shein, leased the entire 27,948-square-foot building at 15601-15687 Neo Parkway in Garfield Heights, Ohio. According to leasing brokers with Lee & Associates Cleveland, who negotiated the deal, the lease was finalized in June.
