Upstate Niagara Cooperative, a farmer-owned dairy cooperative, purchased a recently-closed Alpina Foods plant at the Genesee Valley Agri-Business Park in Batavia, New York. Alpina Foods sold the yogurt production facility for $22.5 million, or about $563 per square foot.
